Everything and everybody was excellent. My wife and kids loved this place. We decided to always stick with Hilton wherever we go. But house keeping service at this place needs to be advised to take their job seriously. Enjoy!

Property is always top notch. The only problem was breakfast. I appreciate the complimentary breakfast but they had a menu of different omelets they served but only had 2 kinds available out of the 8 on the menu throughout the weekend

Embassy Suites is a great value. Great breakfast options, bar and restaurant in the hotel, and evening reception (free drinks and snacks). This location has all that plus a great staff, clean and comfy suites, and well maintained premises.

Enjoyed everything about the property. The only suggestion I have is the evening welcome compared to what was talked about on the website and the message when you’re waiting on the phone it was a lot less than that. It was chips, peanuts, and brownies a little disappointed.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Embassy Suites in Naperville, IL. From the moment I arrived, the staff made all the difference. Blanca was absolutely amazing—so accommodating, understanding, and genuinely kind. She does her job with heart and professionalism and made me feel truly welcomed. Kyaw was also fantastic during check-in and offered great support throughout my stay. Together, they were the perfect duo! The breakfast was delicious, and the happy hour vibes were just what I needed to unwind. What started as a stressful trip quickly turned into a memorable experience thanks to their care and hospitality. I will definitely be choosing to stay here again in the future.
