I stayed here for a week and would highly recommend this place to anyone. I was a solo traveller and felt safe here the entire time. I’ve listed a few pros and cons but overall, I don’t think you would regret staying here. If you hire a car, parking is very limited so keep in mind that you will pay between $35-$55 a night to park it. PRO’s - hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly - Easy check in and check out process - Solo female traveller and felt safe the entire time - Room was large and clean - Breakfast was great each day - Close to everything, beach is at the end of the street and main shops are approx 10 minute walk - Food trucks outside hotel for quick easy meal in your room Cons - the hotel is very noisy at night. I recognise they can’t control the noise but it’s very loud inside your room all night - I found the pillows to be very uncomfortable - Only 2 lifts for the entire place which meant a long wait at times

This place was amazing it was close to everything without Being in the Center. Breakfast every morning was great, The staff was great always saying Aloha and making sure everything was taken care of. they even have towels and chairs, Beach toys (first come) but never had issues. we will be back to this hotel when we come back.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and overall had a good experience. My favourite party about this hotel was how close it is to the beach. However we weren’t aware of the $35 daily destination fee that you need to pay upfront when checking in so I advice you to budget for that if you’re staying here.

The staff were very friendly and nice. They helped me resolve all my issues. They were very helpful and accomodating. The rooms are very clean. Probably the most comfortable bed and pillow I have stayed at. The breakfast was delicious. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.
