Not reliable reservations with them . Don’t book.
The hotel is fine the staff was great. We drove 13 hours (road trip from Virginia traveling to South Dakota) and showed at 3 pm for check in just to be informed that the hotel canceled my reservation. They did not call me . I was using my phone as GPS so they send a email about the cancelation. What really disappointed me was that I called a day earlier to make sure everything was fine and I was informed that everything was great and waiting for our arrival. Thank God! One of the associates was able to find us rooms on spot. We could not get the bed requirement because there were no more 2 queen beds room available. Nice place but I don’t find them reliable. Will never booked with them again. I have use hotels.com for more than 10 years and this is the only hotel that canceled my reservation upon arrival. On our return trip we stayed next door on the IHG hotel better service. I do not recommend to stay at this hotel. You need peace of mind when traveling and they are not reliable. We book the other hotels in advance and we did not encounter any issue. Just with this one.

This facility is clean but dated. The rooms havent been renovated since the 70s. The furniture is worn and the bed uncomfortable. I did not sleep well during my 2 night stay. Breakfast was good.

This was a really nice hotel. Easy check in/out. Nice big rooms, overall staff were great. Had a couple times our key card quit working but was pretty easily fixed. Our rooms were ready early which was really impressive. Conveniently located to everything like shops, restaurants, etc. A little bummed they charged 24 bucks a night for parking though since it was just an open parking lot. Overall, I would stay here again. Super convenient to the Midway airport.

The tub was stopped up you could barely get clean towels the air didn’t work the breakfast was terrible it was not clean in that area at all the staff was rude barely at the desk you pay for parking and there is barely a place to pack
