This hotel did not disappoint with all it’s perks from the delicious breakfast to the heated indoor pool me and my kids had so much fun for their birthday weekend.Highly recommended for big and small families!!

For those having to spend time at McCormick Place, the hotel connects directly to it so extremely convenient. Everything at the hotel was great and the price cheaper than other surrounding big name hotels. The free breakfast was a the best I have ever had at a hotel. Many offerings as well as a very attentive staff keeping it stocked and clean.

Easy to get to off of the highway - about 4-5 blocks straight then turn and you're there. Valets were very nice and were attentive. Hotel room was immaculate. Close to the loop, about a 5 minute lyft ride mostly becaue of waiting on long traffic llights. You wouldn't want to walk it though. (for mgmt) Only drawback is that I had our bags put in storage while we went over to the loop to get something from the bakery and when I recovered our bags my wireless headphones which were in the outside pocket had been destroyed. one of the earpieces has litterally hanging by a wire and the other side was bent. Mid you these are very flexible. I dont know wht happened back there but i was very unhappy but didn't see the point in raising a fuss since hiver had them for years and couldnt get a new one if i wanted to.
