This has been an awful experience. I would not recommend that anyone book this hotel - and I will actively tell anyone I know who is traveling through Chicago not to stay here.

Vallet parking was a nightmare, was told by one employee there was space available but the vallet drivers yelled at me stating there was no room and it would be a 2 hour wait. Frustrating to try and navigate the self parking that is several blocks away and walk with luggage and kids. Outlets in room did not work, windows extremly difficult to open, mildew in the shower, and the pillows were extremely thin/soft.

The hotel was clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and my daughter loved that they had a swimming pool. It was a close walk to Michigan Avenue as well as many other destinations we had planned.

Staff was welcoming. Nice clean and spacious rooms. Only issue is one of the TVs didn’t work and the maintenance did not really know what the issue was. Pool a little chilly. The area was very convenient.

Overall Good Time
Great location and atmosphere. The room was nice and comfortable for 4 women. One staff member was harassing and seemingly profiling but other than her, the stay was greatly enjoyable for a short Ladies' getaway staycation (There is a fire stattion across the street but luckily, there werent any alarms until the morning of check out)

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The only thing that I didn't like was that the TV in my room was not working. I didn't spend much time in the room other than sleeping so it wasn't a big deal.

This is a good location for enjoyment or business. Traspotation is easily accessed. Dining option are plentiful. Walknig in the area was safe and convenient.

Great customer service upon checkin. However it was all downhill from there. There was a college group staying and partying all night. When complaint made to staff they said there was nothing they could or would about it. We were unable to sleep at all due to continuous obnoxious loud noise with zero help from rude staff.
