It’s decent but that’s about it

This hotel could use an update. It was decent but nothing great. We did have a great woman help us at the front desk on check-in. $30 daily parking is absolutely ridiculous; there is an enormous parking lot and the charge is a nickel and dime move.

When I arrived my door would not unlock. I had to wait for maintenance to arrive before I could get into my room. The front desk lady was rude and showed no empathy for my situation. I was so tired and I finally got into my room and the toilet hadn’t been flushed. I’m so upset

Wonderful

I was there 4 nights. The only complaint I have is that the bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable. Other than that, a wonderful experience was had. Timely shuttle to the airport as well.
