The property is in a great location, walking distance to Magnificent Mile and a lot of great tourist attractions. However, it's also located next to a hospital, and there were sirens blaring throughout the night (no exaggeration). Also not quite up to Hilton standards.we are use to...little things like peeling paint in the bathroom and room had an odor.

Elevators took 30-60 minutes every time. We had to walk down and up 16 flights of stairs multiple times due to no elevators. We called one night asking if someone could take our trash out and they said they would send someone right up and no one ever came. Upon checkout we waited 45 minutes for an elevator then ended up walking and waited another 30 minutes for valet to get our car. Only plus was the location and spacious room.

20 Minute Wait for Elevators Every Time
The room was very nice, the breakfast was good daily, and the location was fantastic. The only reason we will not be staying again was the elevators. Every morning we gave up and took the stairs (20 flights of them) down to the mezzanine floor to eat. We would then have to wait the 20 minutes for an elevator to go back up. Every time we used the elevator in the mornings and afternoon we would wait an exceptionally long time. Everyone we talked to had the same frustration.

This property is in a prime area for the Mag Mile. You are able to easily walk to anywhere you want to get along Michigan Ave. Valet parking was great when needed as well. Room was clean and spacious for a perfect weekend stay. 5Stars

Room was clean, staff was friendly, but the room, furniture & beds very worn out from overuse (king bed double dipped, the pull out bed's mattress was so thin, lumpy & worn out one can feel the springs underneath).

Clean/ amazing/ Close to Everything!
No complaints! Location was amazing, right near everything and in the heart of downtown. Free breakfast every morning was a nice touch and convenient. Rooms were clean and well equipped to meet all needs! Will return here for future visits to Chicago!

We loved this hotel. Beautiful and convenient location. The rooftop pool was a bit rundown but it was too windy for us to enjoy the days we were there anyhow....neat view though! Our room was clean and breakfast was wonderful. Would stay again!

We booked our stay through Travelocity, received an itinerary AND confirmation number. However, the hotel staff could NOT find any reservation for us and they were completely booked. So we had to locate a last minute stay at another hotel which was far worse and not as close to our venue. We are VERY unhappy with both the hotel and Travelocity!!!
