My room was not clean when I checked in, the towels were dirty found a underwear on my bed, when asked for a clean towel the manager told me that they only exchange the towel in the morning worst service I experienced in a hotel I ever stayed. My door mats are cleaner than the towels we were provided. Will never book this hotel or encourage anyone to stay at this hotel

Property in a very convenient location but amenities not as published
am writing to express my deep disappointment with the handling of a recent incident during my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my belongings were stolen from my room, and the way this matter was addressed by your staff has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied.
When I reported the theft to the front desk, they were polite and understanding. However, when I requested to speak with the manager, Ms. Raj, her attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Despite claiming to take theft “very seriously,” her dismissive tone and accusations were both uncalled for and blamed be by saying that I am not honest bitt line they didn’t give me owners information I would like to speak with him and police so far never attended
The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel is in a very central area, shopping, restaurants and transport are with in a five minute walk.
Had to change rooms 3 times, one room did not have hot water, one had roach and the third with stained towels, luckily I had taken my own towels. Breakfast toaster too old. The rate too high for the condition of the property. Not happy and will never stay there again.
Good location. Handy to airport, shops, restaurants and beach. Property lacks basic amenities. Poor linen quality and supply. Blanket with holes, towel with dark stains, no hand towels and supplies for 2 when booking was for 3 persons
No bath towel when i arrived.
The telephone is not working.
The TV screen is broken.
One of the staff didn’t knock she just open the door using key, im lucky im not naked.
The next day the airconditioning is not working anymore so i informed the front desk and they said they will inform the maintenance to check the airconditioning of my room. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes no one came to check the airconditioning, so i went back to the front desk to follow up and that’s the only time they informed the maintenance to check the airconditioning to my room.
Me as former 3 star hotel employee all i can say is they need costumer service training. And base of my observation as hvac technician, they need to maintain their airconditioning units well.
