Pros: Great location, very walkable neighborhood, close to many attractions, lots of restaurants nearby, as well as bus stops, 9 minute walk to the brown line which takes you downtown. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Cons: Room is small. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were terrible, very thin and old. Overall the hotel is priced reasonably for the area compared to other hotels. Small room size would be fine since you’re not there to hang out in the room, but if the main draw is sleeping then the bed and pillows should be higher quality.

Too expensive for what you get, cute place though!
The hotel was nice but the price was a little steep for what you got. It was clean and the beds were comfortable so that was a plus!

We booked this hotel so we could walk to Wrigley field. It was a 20 minute walk which was good. The bed was clean. The air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was small. When you sat on the toilet the paper holder was against you. The water in the tub/shower was around your ankles when you finished. The sink had a glass shelf above which made a small sink even smaller. For the price you could have a much nicer room downtown and take the L to the game.
