Great hotel for families visiting Chicago
Great location to visit Chicago, room were big enough for our family of 5. Bed were comfortable but the sofa bed was OK. Luckily it was our youngest sleeping there so it was fine. We had a large window in our room with a nice view on the Chicago's tallest buildings. Temperature in the room was great. Best part of our stay was the staff there was amazing from the front desk to the breakfast staff and the cleaning personnel, everyone we interacted with was here to make your stay better. They always made sure all your needs were covered, were always happy to see you, very helpful. They made our trip to Chicago very enjoyable. Breakfast was good with a good assortments of options for proteins, carbs and fruits and vegetable. Good coffee and again great service. We will definitely stay there again for a next trip.

This was a return visit for us to this hotel. We like its location very much and the staff is always attentive and friendly. The room we had was quite spacious. All-around satisfied. The breakfast area can be crowded at peak hour but the food offerings are extensive and very good.
