Rooms are dark, dingy, filthy carpet, filthy windows, this isn’t isolated this is the condition throughout. Not enough staff wait time at the desk was unacceptable. When I asked about the Internet I was told it’s very slow due to Hotel capacity. However, I was later told that they were at low capacity and their Internet was always slow. I way over paid for this place. I don’t recommend!

I think the room been close for a long time the air in the room it smelled like the room wasn’t aired. The bathroom needs a fan and more lights. What was with the loud music until 12 am We only stayed for 1 night my husband have heart problems and he couldn’t breath good.

Beautiful property and the staff were amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was the hours of the shuttle. It only ran from 4:00 am to 11:00 am.
