Very nice hotel. The only complaint I had was that the fold-out bed didn’t have sheets, a blanket, or a pillow so we had to request them and another towel since there were three of us and only two towels provided. I made the reservation for three so I assumed there would be adequate supplies for three people instead of two.

First the good news . The service in the hotel restaurant was excellent . Great food very polite and efficient . The hotel front desk was very unfriendly . Not only that but I invited a friend to have lunch with my daughter and I at the hotel restaurant . She later called me to say she witnessed the hotels front desk representative being shouted at by another employee . This was both unprofessional and embarrassing . I regret choosing to invite my friend to dine with me at the hotel restaurant . It seems as if your front desk staff is either very new or not well trained in customer service . I asked another rep if there was an on-site washer and dryer .His response was a dry “ no we only have dry cleaning “ A better response would be to inform me where I could find a nearby laundromat . The Starbucks staff has the same lackluster behavior but perhaps they act that way towards the guests they don’t find value in .

Great hotel. Looks nice, luxury looking and clean. Amazing shampoo, conditoner and bodywash provided. But downfall was the bed. I tossed and turned all night and was not comfy. It was a spring bed and wasnt comfy. If there was a nicee comfy bed then this hotel would be the best and I would totally come back. But as nice as it was, the bed was terrible.
