Room was wonderful with only one exception- one of our bath towels was stained and didn’t appear to be clean. Bed was comfortable and the included breakfast was fantastic. All staff were polite and very helpful.

The room was fully self contained (apart from laundry) and quite spacious so perfect to relax in. Very quiet and minimal traffic noise and a great TV to watch. Shower was excellent and felt very secure

I like the fact that my daughter was sleeping on the pull out couch she was in so much pain after sleeping on there for one night and she call down stairs and they moved us to a better room and didn't charge us anything for the room. Thank you

Lobby and common area are attractive and stately. Breakfast area is cavernous! Nice breakfast with a decent amount of choices. Rooms are typical of Residence Inns. Weren't happy with our first room but managers were very helpful switching rooms. Very conveniently located for public transportation.

All staff are very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check in earlier and left my bags with them after I checked out. The hotel is clean and its location is close to everything. The breakfast is good enough for a day start. My only complaining is sirens from the streets at night, but this is unavoidable due to its location within the Loop.
