Very Convenient for dining, shopping, transportation options. The beach is just across the street from the resort. Farmer's market on the resort ground level a few days during the week. Great pool/dining area. Will be back!

Great location with the beach just across the street. The hotel was beautiful and had lots of shops including an ABC convenient store. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were lots of restaurants and other shopping a within easy walking distance. I’d definitely stay there if I return to Waikiki Beach.

Great hotel. Location was prime in the middle of Waikiki Beach, walking distance to all the stores. The room was cozy, bed was soft and comfortable. Only complaint was it took the A/C a long time to cool down the room. Amenities we’re good also. Hotel fitness center was a little tight but had plenty of machines, free weights, and a cable machine. Overall would recommend for a couples trip or family.

We’ve stayed at Waikiki several times over the years, this time for 7 days. Overall, we can say that the hotel experience was pleasant but due to Xmas/NYE pricing the value vs cost felt a bit overpriced. Positives: • Prime location • Good value breakfast buffet • Good prices and quality drinks at the pool (compared to Marriott for example) • Decent variety of equipment in the gym • Lots of Shopping in the resort • Good service, personnel and room amenities • Awesome view of the Oceanfront room • There was free luau-type Entertainment on the first floor – that was awesome • You can get free beach chairs for the day Neutral: • All the „free“ activities (things you pay for with the resort fee) were focused towards older people or children Negatives: • The elevators. I did not hear 1 guest who didn’t complain about that. Only 4 per tower and they are super slow and overcrowded • Our room had a distinct smell when AC was on. When we left the sliding door open (balcony) the smell went away but returned every time the AC was on. Wasn’t completely horrible but smelled like wet shoes or beach clothing (and no, it didn’t come from our things – we checked) • Very small pool • Very loud • Gym is small – everything is super crowded together into small room. Leaves very little room for doing exercises – especially near the dumbbells • Resort fees are quite costly • The towel „loaning“ machine was quite confusing – specifically on returns and how they register that I’ve returned all my towe

The hotel is noisy inside the rooms and outside on the street even at 12 midnight, the street noise is so loud and unbearable. So if you are a quiet sleeper, pls reconsider your stay. The staff is not helpful in many ways. The paint on the bathroom ceiling is falling off in three different parts. There were hairs inside the bathtub when we checked in. So if you like cleanliness, you’ll need to reconsider its condition. I informed the front desk about these multiple issues.

We normally love staying here but this go around, there was construction next door (which we weren't aware of until we arrived). It was noisy & we had a great view of a crane, instead of the city climbing up the hill. I think the construction is going to be a while, so just be aware. The pool was great, that side of the hotel you couldn't hear the construction. The hotel dinner buffet was spendy for what it is, we thought. We would skip it. Pretty much everything is on walking distance. We would stay here again but would check with the hotel about mouse or construction near by. This isn't the first time this has happened to us when visiting Waikiki (not at this hotel). So my bad for not asking. Otherwise we love it here!
