The hotel itself was so so, the service was great! The hotel....the first night both elevators worked, the next 5 days only one worked, out of 6 floors only one floor had a working ice machine, breakfast every morning by Mohammed was good, the hot food could have been hotter. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean

I liked the breakfast options. I wish there would have been housekeeping come inside the rooms and replace the towels and make the beds and bring in more paper cups.

Keep looking unless you just need a clean bed.
The stay was ok. The room overall was mostly clean. There was a used hand towel in the shower curtain. You can see it standing on the floor after throwing it out. This lead us to believe the shower curtain was not changed out. Breakfast was a joke. The first day the eggs were hard, dry, and bland. The second day they looked good, but tasted like someone accidently pored a container of salt in them. The hash brown were put in a steamer making them taste like soggy potatoes. We went to breakfast about an hour and half before it ended and you can see from the photos there was really nothing there. The waffle maker was not turned on and left dirty from the previous day and the batter is just sitting in an open container getting a film on it. They did offer oat meal packets, but no way to cook it. There was a sign saying no food to leave that room. The rooms are also dated, and the sound from the neighbors bathroom was really loud in our room. I would say if you need a cheap room just to sleep in you will be fine.

The service at this facility is a mix-bag of excellent and awful. The front desk person (night duty) checked us into a room with no refrigerator, a non-working microwave set on the floor because the proper cabinet was broken and a non-working coffee maker. It was obvious the room was being used as a spare and should have been put "out of order" and not offered to guests. The day front desk clerk was much better and actually got us to a better room. The weekend day clerk seems knowledgeable but frustrating to deal with- always agreeing but never delivering on simple requests. The manager (or assistant manager) was top-notch in trying to make things right.

BED BUGS! This was the dirtiest, noisiest hotel I have ever been to. Shocking that Radisson has not revoked its licensing agreement with this property. Upon entering the room and pulling back the sheets, we found a bed bug, just sitting right on top! Not hidden, not under the mattress, but just out there in plain sight. We immediately checked out of the hotel, and the desk clerk did not even seem surprised. Maybe he is used to bed bug complaints? Because we paid for the room through Expedia, the front desk could not offer us a refund. But then Expedia would not refund our money either! Expedia claimed that it could not refund our money because the hotel would not respond to its phone calls, but this is an unacceptable answer. All Expedia would do is offer us $25 in OneKey cash. A paltry sun for a room we paid well over $100 for, and later had to book a last-minute replacement for even more! Word to the wise: DO NOT STAY HERE! And, I am rethinking my use of Expedia given its lack of interest in resolving this matter.

Children playing in the lobby, hallways and parking lot at all hours of the day and disturbing the guests. Very noisy. Messy floors in the hallways and elevators, which were not cleaned throughout the duration of my 4 day stay at the hotel.

It was the dirtiest unkempt hotel ever!! Had their kids running all around, leaving messes! Family with a child screaming till midnight, and I believe was friends of the owners! Whole property was filthy, Ill never go back!
