I had an incredible stay at Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming, even offering some great restaurant recommendations. I stayed on the top floor, where I was treated to stunning views of the city—yet the room was so peaceful, I couldn’t hear a single city sound. The electric shades made it effortless to create a cozy atmosphere at night, and the room itself was spotless and beautifully designed. The bathroom featured a luxurious tub, which added to the relaxing experience. Plus, the location is perfect—everything was within walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Chicago!

Amazing rooms! Paying extra for upgrade was absolutely worth it. Had a small TV issue during my stay, but maintenance arrived quickly to fix. In-room dining and bar could have better food options. I would also expect 24-hour room service from a hotel of this caliber but hours are limited. Parking is expensive but to be expected in the city. The complimentary amenity options are creative and a nice touch. How awesome is it to request pillows curated for your specific needs. Would stay here again!

I just love the view from my room, a real city view! The bed is super firm and comforterable. The bed sheet is clean without dust. The pillow can be more firm, they are too soft for me. The bathroom is big, clean, and nice. It is a luxury hotel, so the dining service is expensive but good quality. If you want a more affordable breakfast, I strongly suggest the italian/columbian breakfast down the street, their illy espresso is just classic.

This is the first time we stayed at a Sofitel property and it did not disappoint! The staff were wonderful, the hotel decor was gorgeous and the service was phenomenal! If you stay at this property, you MUST try the croissants! We had to get some to take home with us! They are flown in from France and we could sure taste the difference. This hotel will not disappoint!!
