My stay was horrible. Lamps were broken, furniture was old and chipped. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling.

So unhappy. I will never book this hotel again. The room smelled like it had chemicals in it, to find out that they have a mold issue, as I checked in early but only went to the room near dinner time, so had no idea the real condition of the room. The carpet was absolutely filthy. No hagers. No hairdryer. No water pressure in the bathroom sink. The shower was partially broken and hardly any water pressure. Plus, the air-conditioning smelled like mold. I took a nap from 6 to 8 pm.. woke up feeling so sick from the mold. Do not ever stay here. I had to leave immediately and found a respectable hotel.

You get what you pay for
It was clean *enough* to stay in. No major issues. Staff were definitely not friendly...but also not rude. Linens smelled fine and didn't have any stains. Kitchenette area was clean-ish. Was like pulling teeth to get extra towels. Hotel smelled old and appeared as though it hadn't been updated for quite some time, but also wasn't super gross.

When you first arrive, the hotel smells very good in the lobby area. However, the rooms still have carpet and the carpet smells like damp and wet Mildew. It’s a very strong smell, I bet mold is present. Since they allow pets, they should not have carpet. I moved rooms and while the new room smelled better, it still smelled like mildew and spoiled milk when I turned the air conditioner off. They use the air conditioner to mask the smell. The carpet was freshly cleaned and the room was very clean, but the carpets need removal. The staff were great, but this was out of their control.

on day 2 of my stay the toilet over flowed. I called front desk, he came to my room 5 min. later looked and said he would return in 5 minutes. he came back 45 minutes later and gave me a mop and a plunger. he said his maintenance crew was gone home. I wasn't offered another room or compensation

Hotel has a stench, smells like B.O cigarettes and weed all through the hotel. I opened the fridge and there was a roach, no one cleans up after their dogs. If you stay more than one night you will have to clean the room yourself no housekeeping, toilets stay clogged up and plunger was caked with old poop. Strange cars riding around in circle in lot.. not worth the price

Some aspects of our room had been updated (bathroom, hardwood floor) and bed was comfortable & clean. However, this is the first suite I have stayed in where the kitchennette had absolutely no eating or cooking utensils, totally useless! The Clerk at check-in spoke so softly I had to keep asking him to repeat. No breakfast provided like other places, only coffee. Some furniture and carpet was very old & worn, two lights did not work. Window had only blackout curtains, did not also have sheers to allow light in but keep privacy like other hotels.
