Half of the lights didn't work in room. Dead batteries in TV remote. Carpet coming up/torn in one area of room. AC unit smelled musty. Pillows felt like something cheap bought from department store. Overall just really shabby room for a really high price ~700/night, cost even more closer to stay date.

This property is in a great location! Short walk to Pier 39, the cable cars, streetcar stop right up the street. It was perfect for our 3 day vacation in San Francisco. The staff checking-in, at breakfast, and the bar were all fantastic and incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is top notch and really helped start our day off. The room was nice. Would stay here again and will recommend to anyone.

The hotel is clean and updated, but we would not be staying there again. We did not sleep at all during our 2 nights stay, as our room was right above all the big garbage bins outside. It seems they are cleaning at night because we could hear the trash/bottles being thrown out there while we were trying to sleep. We asked for only one thing during our stay, and it was to borrow a corkscrew for a few minutes. We were told the hotel had none (that's a lie) and that the only way we could get one was to buy one. So for the lack of service and sleep, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Staff was attentive and nice. The breakfast was delicious and a good choice instead of restaurants or coffee shops, although the pastries weren’t very tasty. Very clean, safe. It’s good location since it’s easy to catch any transportation and it’s close to touristic points

I wanted to like this property but the rooms didn’t live up to the reception area. They were a bit dated. The parking garage could not accommodate our Tahoe which was higher than 6’. We had to park elsewhere and pay $65 per night.
