From check in to check out my stay at Staybridge Suites was wonderful. The suite was very comfortable with 2 rooms and the kitchenette was great to have. I will definitely come back !

My room was infested with cockroaches as well as three other types of bugs in the kitchen and bath. I had intended to stay for 10 nights but left after the second night once I saw the roach and was able to get a photo of it. I was too afraid to check the mattress for bed bugs. Upon early check out the front desk team member refused to give me any discounts and argued with me about checking out early. I spent 3 hours in the rain finding new accommodations. This hotel was probably nice several years ago. It was dated and run down.

I didn't get to stay in my room. They tried to charged my card twice out a hold on it and I wasn't allowed to book. It sucked me And my family had to sleep in the car. They called the cop and the cops were on my side. The cops tried everything to get me a room. The hotel was extremely rude and non understanding. I will never book with them again

I did not stay. I was not allowed to cancel a week before my intended stay and 3 hours after I mistakenly made non-refundable reservation. Staybridge/IHG/Expedia made $143 pure profit without providing any services. Aren't you fully satisfied with the easy money? Shame on you!

Desk staff wonderful and helpful. They honored my request for lower level and close to end of building. Parking was a little tight though. Buffet breakfast was offered and ok.
