We loved our stay! The history of the building and the preserved details are stunning. Love the water bottle, filling station and afternoon cookies with coffee. The bed was so comfortable and who knew that personal duvets were the secret to enduring happiness.

We loved everything! Especially the robes, blankets, towels, mugs and pineapple stuffs! But one problem was the pressure of the shower. It was very low. Hard to shower.

LOVE!
We loved our stay at Staypineapple! We checked in beforehand, which made things a lot easier. We loved that the hotel is in a historical building & use real keys. The free water bottle & access to refill it whenever we wanted was a highlight & not something you always see in hotels. The fact that it’s dog friendly was a plus for us (even though our dog was back home lol). Everyone we interacted with was so kind & our room had a great view!!! Staypineapple may be our new chain 😁

Great stay at the Pineapple. Didn't try the restaurant but looked good. Really appreciated the water filling station but could have been colder and a bit faster flowing. Only other thing I would suggest is putting the same amount of water bottles in room as guests checking in to the room. We had 2 people and only 1 water bottle. Could have asked for another one but wasn't too worried about it. Just thought I would mention it. Overall a lovely hotel conveniently located and well appointed.

I enjoyed everything about my stay here!! Very close to everything…short Uber or even walking distance from ALOT!!! Front desk was welcoming and the bartenders were all great ESPECIALLY Wilbert who gave the BEST recommendations when it came to stuff in town and even drinks!!! Will def return!!

There’s a daily charge for amenities like a water station. This just seems like a way to charge 20$ a day but list the property for what appears to be a better nightly rate.

Clean, decent service, great location, cool architecture. Left towels on the ground outside of my door when requesting towels. Also didn’t get an upgrade and staff didn’t respond to my request from 14 hours in advance until after checking in.

Nice, historic hotel in the heart of downtown Chicago, across the street from the train station and near all the shops, restaurants and attractions. Food at the hotel restaurant and lobby was very good. The staff was so friendly.
