The room did not reflect the advertised star rating, we could hear the conversations next door, outside and upstairs, and the outlets did not work. I think at least one star rating lower would more accurately reflect the property.

The only reason I booked this pace was for the jacuzzi inside the room. First night the plug was broken and didn't hold the water. I reported to front desk and housekeeping lady, I come back Sunday and night from the parks and jacuzzi still not fixed. Monday morning was my check out date. So, I booked something I couldn't use. The room has very very strong odor of dirty carpet, bleach and old furniture, left the room open for 3 hors with candles so the smell can be a little better to sleep at night. overall, not a good experience for the price I paid. I'm wondering what the resort is going to do before I post this all-over social media and websites.

We enjoyed our stay and the only issue we had was the neighbor beside of us kept forgetting a key and would ring a doorbell that was supposed to go to their property but would in fact ring both rooms and disturb us as well.
