The only problem we had is that the floor in our villa was very dirty. My son’s socks were black within minutes. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around the room without shoes.

Property was nice and cute. I read a lot of bad reviews before we went and was really worried, but we had a great experience. Our villa was cute and clean, little out dated but fine! Right on the little lake to paddleboard and what not. Tons to do on the property with kids. Reason for the 4stars is because of the staff, there was a few nice people but most were rude and very unsocialable. We had two extremely amazing people there though, one was a bartender (wish I got her name), and the other was concierge Alvaroy who was funny and went well above and beyond! Both made our experience great despite.

Our room wasnt cleaned garbage taken out or coffee replaced. Staff was nice but a bit aggressive on asking for reviews. It is a good place with super amenities close to everything.

The resort room had everything you would need in it but it was very dated and not the cleanest. There was a roach in the kitchen and there’s an old clothing tag on the wall from a previous guest that housekeeping overlooked. The tv wasn’t a smart tv so you had limited options of shows to watch. The staff wasn’t that friendly. I did like the security on the property. There’s for sure better options to stay just would probably have to pay a little more but I think paying more would be worth it in the in for a better experience.

We had a newly renovated room and it was wonderful. We stayed in the lake side with a view of the lake, which was beautiful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Did not use the pool, so I have no opinion of that.

Everything was nice and quiet, until the family moved in to villa A. It was after 9pm and I had to listen to the outside door open numerous times, cots being rolled in for their children, and a barking dog of and on for at least 15-20 minutes all while trying to sleep.
