This hotel is in a pretty good spot in Chicago. Close to shopping and restaurants. We didn't like how there was a sliding door to the restroom. Also the elevators are small and took a while to get up and down. The key cards kept having to be replaced. When we went to the front desk, they didn't ask for our ID, just what room we wanted a card for! This wasn't very safe.

Nice room, annoying dog!
We liked the room, it was a little too small, especially the bathroom sink. There was a dog that barked off and on, especially in the evening right near our room. Very annoying!

Never ever again
It was nasty not clean. Elevator was not working have to walk down the stairs. Bathroom was not clean so good. Over all hotel is nasty I would never stay at this hotel ever again.
