Decent property, it’s an older building so some things could be improved. My room had a big spider web in one of the ceiling corners. Neighborhood is nice, walkable restaurants and stores. Would possibly stay again for a night depending the circumstances

We've stayed here twice and both times were great. The location is convenient to Wrigleyville, which is where we spent a lot of time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was in the garage close by. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute little hotel on a quiet side street in Lakeview. Room was not overly large but great for a 2 night stay. So many shops, grocery, great restaurants and pubs nearby. Loved this hotel. Will definitely stay again

the room was not great.....no closet, no desk, it was loud and the heater was super loud and musty. The hotel is cute from the outside and the lobby and staff were nice, but this room should not be a room.

Cute small older hotel. Decent location with plenty of places around and parking garage catty-corner from hotel (separate from hotel so you have to pay for parking). Stayed in room 109. It sounded like someone was hitting the radiator all night. Temperature control for the room didn't work.I did not get much sleep.

Mold on the walls in bathroom. Plug sockets on lamp are worn out. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Lamp shade was ripped. Just sort funny how the crown molding just stops short of the adjoining wall. Overall the room and building are worn out

Very cute little boutique hotel. My son enjoyed the robes. Minibar was reasonably priced. Very clean and very cute, antique old world vibe.
