Great location with a very friendly and competent staff. Easy check in, easy to use the valet service and great dining options right across the street. Rooms were clean and quiet and very comfortable. Will now be our go-to hotel in Chicago.

I love the Thompson Hotel and have stayed there many times. It’s a great area of the city to be in and the overall vibe of the hotel is great. The rooms have a nice flow and great views. Definitely one of my favorite hotels in Chicago. Also, dev friendly. My room didn’t have a remote and it took hours for them to bring me one. That’s annoying but it is what it is. I’d still stay again

Amazing stay and in such a great area. Going into it, we knew the restaurant and bar were not available in the hotel, this was communicated to us prior to our stay, but that would be the the only thing really missing. Staff was amazing!
