It is an older Motel but the property was clean and quiet. The rooms are a bit dated, the beds were comfortable. Location is great for walking to Disneyland. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Pools and hot tubs were fantastic and well cared for. I would definitely stay there again, we even got to see fireworks and the carrousel from our rooms.

Rooms and Hotel: The staff were amazing. The room was clean. The complimentary breakfast hit the spot each morning of our stay. We were able to have the hotel secure and store our bags so we could enjoy the park on our last travel day. The walls are a bit thin but the in room air conditioner easily drowned out any noise. Location: It's a safe and easy 10-11 minute well lit walk to Downtown Disney and another 6 minutes to the front gates of the parks. The Disney security entrance from this side was a lot faster due to lower crowds using it. There are not a lot of eating options near this hotel. Great stay. Will be back for sure.

Clean! Close to downtown Disney! Only complaint for me was the outlets in our room are loose and don’t hold the plugs in the wall! Outdated technology for charging devices!

First all the positives. It was a very convenient location for our visit. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast included was great, multiple options for almost anyone’s tastes. Daily housekeeping was excellent since we stayed 5 nights and didn’t have to be inundated by our trash. My negatives are that it is very dated and you can see where they have made some upgrades, but overall feels old. The door to our bathroom didn’t close all the way. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so I assume that the wooden doorway is swollen so much that the door will not close without significant force. The carpet was filthy. If our feet were wet even a little and we walked on the carpet they would turn black. I wouldn’t let my kids sit on the floor for that reason. It was very noisy sometimes. We were right next to the elevator so I know that contributed to it. Overall good, but I’m not sure if I would stay there again unless I knew there were some updates and a change to the carpet cleaning protocol.

Room service people used big trolleys to transfer rubbish starting around 7.30-8am until 11-12am and they are super loud. There is no way you can sleep in as there is no sound prove doors or windows.
