Great location, very fun hotel. The bar on 18 is great for a relaxing drink. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were well appointed and updated. Great area that is very safe and walkable.

Stylish decor, well laid out room, pretty quiet at night past 11pm, comfy bed, nice bath/shower area in the junior suite, good food (Somerset breakfast). Decent location - felt safe and was walkable to downtown and old town (second city).

I’ve stayed many places in Chicago and the Viceroy is now one of my favorites! It’s quiet, classy and in a great location. The views of the lake are spectacular!

Stunning hotel, nice comfy bed, clean and comfortable area walkable to anything I would want or need, but most of all the STAFF oh my goodness wow. I have never in all my life been so impressed by a team of hotel staff! All of them were so kind and helpful the entire stay. Especially David our bellman who had so many wonderful recommendations any time we needed them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!
