I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning new resort, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The resort itself is beautifully designed with modern touches and a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the pool area—spacious, clean, and perfect for lounging under the sun. The Hacienda has a beautiful property. Staff was incredible and the restaurant excellent. The room was somewhat dated, but the AC worked very well, it was clean and roomy. We loved the huge pool surrounded by palm trees. It was a short ride to the archeological site, and the hacienda was a welcome retreat on a hot day. We had a very positive experience at the Hacienda.

The hotel is in a quiet area close to the ruins. There are beautiful gardens around the hotel and surrounding the pool. It is nice for the kids as there is a pool, a movie watching room with a pool table and foosball. Also the area around the hotel is nice for walking and exploring. The hotel itself is designed nicely and the whole place really has a lot of character. The only downfall really is that there is nothing else around as far as stores or restaurants, so you have to eat at the hotel restaurant and it does have limited hours.
