Due to a storm having passed through half an our earlier, unlike all the other hotels, Best Western's shuttle service was canceled, so we were stuck at the airport 6 miles away and never got to stay at the hotel. We waited outside for the shuttle to arrive and saw other hotel shuttles, but not Best Western's. We called the hotel only to learn their shuttle service had been canceled due to the storm. Not knowing whether we'd ever make it back to the airport for our connecting flight 10 hours later, we decided not to try for taxi service (didn't have cash anyway) and just stayed at the airport overnight (most uncomfortable!). Granted, it was an unusual situation with the storm, but shuttle service was the main reason we had selected Best Western in the first place. Now to try to get reimbursed for the non-hotel stay.

This hotel should change the name to something else and not called itself “airport” because it not the hotel closest to the airport! My mistake was telling the driver to take me to the BW airport instead of using GPS. Please update your description and say you are not BW closest to the airport
