Overall, I am satisfied. But there is one thing that is unacceptable. When using the shower, you cannot use the wash basin at the same time. Because of insufficient water pressure, the water supply is insufficient. It needs to be improved.

Staff were super nice. Room was fine for us as we were out all day and only slept there. Resort is nice and pool is good. The AC was really good :) a good option for a cheap place to stay. Place would be great for kids as had a lot of activities and 2 big water slides into the pool.

It does has nice pools. The breakfast was good and the staffs are nice. For a family room we booked, it was very small. We stayed at room 2119. I am not sure if it was the hotel or the property next door, but when we open the room door, it smelled like a septic tank is near by. Our hot water didn't work, asked multiple time, but it never got fix. I think my money could have been better spent somewhere else.

Excellent and well kept property near Surin beach. Rooms and beds are excellent. The pool area is amazing and staff is super friendly . We had awesome time here. Bfast menu is too good with so much variety. The only drawback was that location is far away from city and hard to reach downtown.

Good hotel would stay again
This is a solid hotel with friendly staff. However it was quite difficult to make a reservation for an airport shuttle and a more enhanced safeguarding protocols for the kids club would make this an excellent stay (buzzer to contact parents, listing allergies during kids club registration etc). The rooms were a little tired but for the price it was fine. There were some room renovations so upgrading is ongoing. The ‘kids eat free’ makes this a very affordable stay and the quality of food was good also. My girls loved the kids club especially the staff who were awesome, mini disco, foam party, water slides and I would absolutely stay here again.

Preis Leistung ist hier völlig in Ordnung. Wir waren bis auf Kleinigkeiten zufrieden. Das Personal ist immer bemüht es den Gästen recht zu machen. Kinder Animation ist auch absolut Top. Leider muss man aber sagen das die Pool Anlage schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist und dringend Saniert werden müsste. Absolute Verletzungsgefahr für Kinder. Die Preise fürs Essen im Hotel, sind auch Wucher. Da lieber direkt nach draußen gehen. Viele Gäste, die meinen sich nicht an Regeln halten zu müssen... schade das dass Personal da nicht blickig ist wenn abends bis in die Puppen im Pool gefeiert wird. Ungünstig für ein auf Kinder ausgelegtes Hotel welche da eigentlich schlafen wollen.

Boendet är bra, stora rum, bra frukost, bra poolområde. Stranden är magiskt fin, nära till restauranger och snabbköp. MEN det var 99% ryssar på hotellet. Som tror att alla andra pratar ryska. Som lever i tron att alla är där för att tjäna just dom. Otrevliga när det är trångt vid frukostbuffén, verkar också vara kutym att ryska barn får härja fritt på semestern, föräldrarna släpper allt.. det visades film på bioduk på kvällen för barn. På ryska. Notera, det mesta negativa är ju inte hotellets fel - men vi spenderade så lite tid på hotellet som möjligt. Frukost -> stranden -> hem och duscha och hänga på rummet -> ut till restauranger på stranden eller i staden.

Slitet hotell med promenadavstånd till stranden
Ett ganska slitet äldre hotell med bra läge nära Surin beach. Hotellet hade behövt rustas upp, pooldelen är rentav farlig på flera ställen där det finns vassa kanter och lösa delar. De erbjuder en del aktiviteter för barn, vi använde oss inte av dem. Vattenrutschkanorna var poppis. Frukosten var riktigt kass, vi gick därför till hotellet bredvid och betalade för frukost där istället. Stranden är fin och med bra restauranger.

Prix des boissons et des menus plus du triple que les restaurants de la rue. Nettoyage de la salle de bains laisse à désirer, nettoyage de la chambre à 17.30 trop tard. L'accès à la plage est le parcours du combattant, les heures de prendre et déposer les linges de plage sont peu pratiques. Hormis la qualité des lits, rien ne nous encoragera à revenir dans cet hôtel.
