The reviews were all over the place for this property but we stayed for two nights and had a great stay. Beds were comfortable and we couldn't hear anyone from the adjoining rooms. The breakfast area was busy but the food was fresh and we had a good meal. Easy access to I-71 made visiting Cincinatti and the Ren Fest very convenient. I'd recommend.

The hotel is in a great location, very clean, and quiet other than the occasional door slam. I would suggest a change to your meal service. We came to breakfast on Monday (holiday) and while sitting at the table we witnessed many people standing in line at a quarter till the breakfast cut-off time. These people (approximately 10 people that we witnessed) did not get breakfast because the food was empty by the time it was their turn. I would recommend, if your cutoff time is 9) to fill the bar at 9 and let it serve until you are out. We saw the breakfast area restocked from 8-8:15 and that was the last of it. If you say you serve until 9, people who are in line at 8:45 should be able to acquire a decent meal.

Very bad experience.
Creepy, unfriendly and really not helpful staff. The parking lot was COMPLETELY EMPTY, yet the person at the front desk "claimed" there is only one room left, giving us a room in an end of a corridor, bad spot with a crappy view. Avoid at all cost.
