Property its self was fine but the staff were horrible. Tried to extend our stay.they said they had but then the. Next morning called our room to tell us we needed to get out They hadn’t extended the stay at all. Were very rude. Impossible to call hotel. Would not recommend

Went to a Cincinnati Reds game. Shuttle stop was two blocks away and cost 1.00 each way. Dropped off about two blocks from park. Very easy and convenient.

Travel from NC to Cincinnati for a concert and Riverbend Music Center. Wasn't close, but I would recommend this hotel and will stay here next time I come to town. Very friendly and lively staff. Breakfast had a cool pancake machine that made some great pancakes.

I picked this hotel because they had EV charging. Get to hotel, plenty of parking for everybody and two gas cars parked in the only 2 EV charging spots. It was very late my family was tired and we had to leave early the next morning. The two young guys at counter were of no help nor assistance and they have no night manager. They called their parking lot private, but do not make you give your license plate number. Not sure how it can be private when you actually don’t know who is parking there. Called IHG but no resolution at this time other than they are working on it. The manager the next morning told me this was the first time this had happened and paid me a lot of lip service that they are going to work on the issue. That still doesn’t help that a 1am I had to go find a charger while my family went to the room. Hotel only offered a $30 credit. I still am waiting to hear what IHG resolution for this is. PIC was taken next morning and they are still there…

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cincinnati Riverfront is a really good hotel! It's very conveniently located, right across the Cincinnati downtown area (the two stadiums). To cross to the other side of the river takes all but five minutes, depending on traffic, but it is a very conveniently located hotel. The rooms were super clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom, too, was super clean and everything was in good working order there. The room temp was kept at a comfy 72 degrees, but it was also adjustable. In additon, the area is very quiet, the only problem is that there's a very seedy-looking liquor store right next to the hotel property, although I never saw any "strange" looking people hanging around the parking lot or near the store. There are no resturaurants (fastfood or otherwise) nearby either, so you'd have to drive out to find one but the nearest one are not that far. The included breakfast was just okay (very typical of hotels in this catergory) with plenty of choices, although the choices always leave a lot to be desired. The front desk staff was nice and corterous. Checking in and out was a breeze. All in all, I strongly recommend this hotel whether for business or leisure purposes. Choose this hotel on your next visit to the Cinci area, you'll be glad you did!

We like the location being close to Payco Stadium. Staff was wonderful!! Everything was clean. Only complaint was that the walls are SUPER thin. We could hear the guy in the room next to us coughing throughout the night and could hear them talking and getting ready in the morning. Would probably stay here again if going to a concert at Payco.
