This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location in a month..both experiences have been amazing, our rooms have both times been clean, staff is amazing, breakfast is amazing, pool/spa is nice, and is local to restaurants and stores. A plus for us only one exit from kings island. We will definitely stay again.

You are very close to shopping area. Anything you want, you will get. Dunkin’ Donuts is across the street. Everything is within a 5-10 min drive. It’s a safe area to be in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to evacuate my area and arrived at the hotel a few hours early. My room was available and they let me check in early. I was there for a week. The breakfast is standard. But it was fine. They were remodeling the facility while I was there. I would definitely stay there again.

My room was 205 and as soon as you walk in the smell of smoke and the mask of deodorizer and smelly sprays to cover it up took your breath away. Then the door barely locked. The air conditioner had to be on 62 and constantly running just for it to be cool in the room. And in the morning when I went to leave, I walk in the hall and it was the most overwhelming smell of smoke of all kinds. And the girl when I checked out said nothing, not even an apology.
