Breaky was amazing

I was dealing with taking my dog in for emergency surgery. I was stressed and the ease in checking in and the room helped me tremendously.

What stood out to me was the friendly and courteous staff. When I flew into Spokane, my baggage was delayed. I checked into the Hotel Ruby without anything. The staff took care of me and gave me essentials until I was able to get my baggage the next day. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met.

Like a lot of people who stayed here (apparently), we were there to check out Schweitzer Mountain. It was perfect for that. About a 20, drive to the base of the mountain. The daily breakfast varied a little bit every day so that was nice to look forward to. The rooms were larger than expected and everything was clean.

Older facility, but very clean, the staff was so kind and brought extra blankets to our room. Parking near room was great.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Surprising breakfast selection. We will stay again next time in Sandpoint.
