When I booked this hotel I didn’t know it was an Americas Best Value hotel or I never would have booked it! Shame on hotels.com to let these hotels run under 2 names. That being said, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were empty, not sure if this is seasonal or if they are broken.

This hotel is not as advertised. It is an Americas Beat Value. When I contacted Expedia, they offered me $50. Very dissatisfied w Expedia.

The fellow at the front desk was so very friendly! We arrived very late after a concert and although I'm sure he was tired he was very patient and quick getting us checked in. Same fellow greeted us early the next morning at checkout. Sounds like it's a family-run business and they are doing a very good job. Building is older but our room was very clean and well-kept. We had a brief but great stay. Definitely reccomend!

My reservation in a supposed pet friendly facility was not honored. I notified hotel that I had a cat when reservation was made. Told no cats allowed when I arrived. Decided cat would stay in car and would take room. Then found out no secure lock on back door. Told there was a stick to secure door. Decided facility was not safe. Requested refund of my reservation fee. Has not been refunded to my knowledge. Advertisement clearly states pet friendly.

Motorcycle trip to Reno
Front desk was very friendly , told me there was motorcycle parking close to our room , told me there is a very good Mexican restaurant just across the street so we didn’t have to ride our bikes there. The room was huge and very comfortable with a patio . In the morning they placed towels on our bikes to wipe them down. Highly recommend staying here
