Not so great
Had to change rooms because the roof leaked water from a heavy rain storm. Also, A/C would stop working long before it reached the desired room temp. Pushed thermostat buttons again and it started up again but only for 20 min and then shut off again. I chose this hotel based on the excellent rating that Hotels.com gave. Not very impressed.

Front staff was very friendly personable. Put us at end of hallway by exit door so we could load and unload all of our pets easy and so it would be quiet. We were moving from Illinois to Florida and needed a break. Clean spacious room.

Best Service Ever, Life Saver during a bad storm!
We were traveling home and hit a major storm pulling our camper and pulled in hoping to find a room. Night manager was super nice and anf double checked and found us a room. Life saver! Also, she included breakfast with our stay. which she did not have to do but we really appreciated it. Everyone there helped us get settled in and it was late and there was a heavy downpour. This is a first class run hotel and La Quinta should be very proud of the folks at this location they are what all other hotels should aspire to be! Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was great! They made our trip home so much better!

There was a large, loud “air purifier” in our room when we opened the door. We went and reported it to the front desk, they said they had changed the air filters and were making sure it didn’t stink. They came and took it out. It took a long time to cool the room. The air conditioner was so loud as well as the fan in the bathroom. In the bathroom, there was some blood on the toilet and a wad of black hair on the shower wall. Someone tried to open our door pretty late at night. I would not stay here again.
