One lamp in the room didnt work, the switch was broken off. The bottom of the tub was dirty. Breakfast was cold, very little food and hotel staff was helping themselves to the food.

it was a good location. but the curtain in our room was ripped and taped up and the bathroom toilet paper had been replaced, but, the place where it was had not been fixed

Very close to town, stores, restaurants. Staff was very helpful when checking in of what to see, map of area and how to get into town, what to do. Breakfast was great!

Service was terrible lady when we checked in was rude.Asked for a non smoking room and she didn’t even look to see if there was one available.She said that’s what you get for booking online.They didn’t clean room after the first night.We had to go to the office and get towels and wash clothes.They did clean room after 2nd night but we had to ask.Will never stay again and will not recommend to anyone.

We had to go to the office and ask for toilet paper as there was very on the roll in our room. The man in the room next to us smoked so much weed that we thought we were going to get high on the fumes!! In the morning, we had to go to the front desk and tell them the hot tray was totally out of breakfast items. I am not sure if the clerk was on her phone or not, but she was totally unaware of the need because she hadn't checked. But in general the room is convenient to what we wanted to do in Mt Airy. This was our second stay here and the first experience was much better.

The motel is marginally average at best. If you are passing though and just need a room for the night, then it's OK, but I wouldn't stay here if you are staying in town for a while. There's quite a few maintenance items that are rough around the edges. And the breakfast is rather lacking. There were waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, then toast and cereal.

We were traveling with our small dog and the Quality Inn was the only hotel in Mt Airy that offered a reasonably priced pet friendly overnight stay option.

We are very upset. We were kept up through the night with loud noises and the condition of the facility was horrible. It stunk and icky. We didn’t stay the second night. Because of the bad condition of our room.And we didn’t get a refund either. Very upset with Expedia because they said they would let the property manager know. But didn’t… also the lady at the office said good luck about getting a refund, please make this right and refund our money that we spent on this horrible place to stay.
