The property is on a ridge overlooking Suncadia’s Nelson Preserve. This is a fantastic spot to relax and unwind from your fast paced life in the city. Spend quality family time in the large great room with connecting kitchen and dining room. Appreciate the surrounding beauty while sitting in your own private hot tub looking out over the surrounding area. This home was built for family entertaining, with a fantastic outdoor cooking area/bar, gourmet eat-in kitchen, and adjacent dining area for everyone. Whitefire Lodge is the perfect vacation setting for the whole family.

The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking tools you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 4 at the large kitchen island, and the over-sized dining table seats 10 comfortably.

Just outside the great room is a large outdoor cooking area with a TV and overhead heaters. There’s seating for 4 at the outdoor bar. The outdoor living space boasts a huge gas fire pit and a private hot tub. This is a great area to relax and take in the views of the preserve.

* Main floor master bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV w/Dish and a private en-suite bath with a huge walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* Main floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV w/Dish. The guest bedroom is supported by a guest bath with a shower/tub combo across the hallway.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a master suite with a king bed, a Smart Tv w/Dish and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV w/Dish.
* 3rd bedroom behind a barn door are two sets of twin over twin bunks.
* The bunk room and guest bedroom are supported by a guest bath off the hall with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
* Just outside the bunk room is a bonus room furnished with a double Sofa Sleeper, lounger, a large smart TV w/Dish, and an XBox One S with Game Pass - which gives access to 100's of games online!

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swimming pool facilities due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $90 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking. **

Family Holiday Gathering
We had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas with our family at the Whitefire Lodge. The number of rooms and bathrooms were perfect and provided private space for each couple while also providing a great space for the kids. Communications and instructions were well prepared and arrived in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this home for any family event.

Just what we needed
This is a very large, very well-appointed house in a somewhat secluded area of Suncadia. It had everything we needed (with a few minor exceptions— bring conditioner and lotion) and the setting was beautiful. The game room was awesome and separate area for gaming upstairs proved to be useful. You should know you must have an Xbox account to play video games and they ask that you not plug in extra devices If that’s important to you. The beds were good— pretty firm, and the house was exceptionally clean when we got there. Couldn’t find a broom to sweep up which would have been handy. The hot tub was great and we used the fire pit even on a 29 degree night. The walking trails and playground at Suncadia are great as well. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful well appointed home with privacy and space for the kids and grandchildren. Hot tub, gaming, corn hole, provided outdoor and indoor entertainment. We love cooking, foodies, and found the kitchen well equipped, as it would be at home for feeding a large group. Super close to the lake. We highly recommend.

Fantastic Friends Getaway
This home is beautiful inside and out. Each room is so comfortable and inviting with plenty of space for our group of friends to each have their own room and bath. Having stayed at many VRBOs in Suncadia, we have never seen a kitchen so well stocked. We can't wait to come back same time next year!

Without doubt, one of the best vacation rent houses we have used. Abundant outdoor seating/social area and a kitchen that was better stocked with good quality cookware and dishes that most. It is a joy to find sharp knives in the kitchen rather the usual dull ones. You can sit outside at night see a great display of stars and planets listen to the elk bugling to each other. A great spot.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!
Our family group of 8 adults, age 21 to 60 very much enjoyed our stay at Whitefire Lodge! The property was spotless and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is very well equipped and it is beautifully decorated. We particularly enjoyed the gorgeous outdoor area., which is very private. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful, clean house. Perfect for a group. The Nelson preserve is a great newer neighborhood in Suncadia. We liked how the houses are spaced out and not so close together like some of the other neighborhoods there.

Short and sweet weekend stay with family and close friends to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. Great house for multi-generations with lots too do for all. Rooms were great at containing noise from the common rooms, which was wonderful. Hot tub was a huge hit. Would def book again for a longer length of time.

Whitefire Lodge is absolutely gorgeous! The lodge has everything for a very comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with all the right amwntities and more. The property is stunning and the fire pit overlooks a gorgeous backdrop. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful property. The owners thought of everything from quality furniture, beautiful decorations and great layout for a family. 2 masters and 2 queen bedrooms and a fun tv room upstairs. The garage has been converted into a game room with hockey and other great games. Gorgeous views and in a newer section of Suncadia closer to Nelson Farm. Less traffic and people (more elk and deer!). This is our 3rd property and best property.
