"Moon Rise Trail" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, just a short walk from the award winning Prospector Golf Course Clubhouse. Just out the backdoor is the Suncadia trail that will lead you on a walk or bike ride through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks.

The well stocked Kitchen features stainless appliances and a large center island for preparing great in home meals. The large dining table seats 8 comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen bar for 3. This is an ideal getaway for 2 to 3 families. The central location of the cabin in Prospector's Reach makes it a fantastic destination to enjoy all the Resort's activities including golf, hiking, bike riding, ice skating, winter tubing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, horseback riding, and river rafting! You'll also enjoy gourmet meals at Suncadia's Portals Restaurant, The Canary Lounge, and Swiftwater Winery! Walk to golf at the award winning Prospector's Golf Course, or take a short 1 mile drive through the resort to enjoy Suncadia's newest public course, Rope Rider!

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 4 cars in the garage and driveway. Additional vehicles will need to park at the Inn at Suncadia just around the corner as there is no street parking. **

Great Place in Suncadia

Just a perfect spot in the middle of suncadia, lots of fun things in walking distance like the lodge, trails, and the amazing winey! Absolutely amazing place to hang out and recharge.

Lovely stay in the snow

The house is well stocked with a variety of kitchenware and tools that made cooking for two families very easy. We appreciated the sharp knives, aluminum foil, and gas BBQ outside. The coffee maker and two of the burners on the stove weren't working, and the management immediately offered to bring out a new coffee maker and hot plate. Kids had fun playing in the snow both at the house and at the sledding hill nearby.

Great stay!

The property was great, clean and included everything you may need. The hot tub was clean and hot, great to sit in while watching it snow. The location was also ideal, walking distance to the lodge, ice skating rink and sledding hill.

Great House in Suncadia

Two families - 4 adults and 4 kids - stayed here for a wedding in Roslyn. The property location was great. It had ample space, was in a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the hot tub. Would recommend it for larger groups.

Great Place to Stay

The Property had everything that was advertised and we needed, from towels to kitchen cookware, dishes, and silverware and utensils.It was nice to have paper towels,dish detergent, pods for the dishwasher and washer plus hand soap for every sink supplied too. We enjoyed the covered patio and hot tub too.

Relaxing Girls Getaway

We have had the pleasure of staying in multiple properties within the Suncadia community over the years and have never had a bad experience. I am happy to say that we loved this property as well and look forward to the possibility of another stay again soon. This is a beautiful well-kept home with a warm cozy feel to it. Great layout with indoor fireplace and hot tub which we enjoyed immensely during our downtime. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The location is great, and the main lodge and winery are both within walking distance. Property management company was very helpful, and owners made themselves available should we have needed anything. Highly recommend a stay at the Moon Rise Trail property.

Home is so comfortable and clean - great cozy area around fire, beds and linens were awesome. Kitchen has all that we needed. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. Easy walk to lodge and pool.

Nice Little Place

We rented this home for a celebration for our family. We didn't realize that the busy road was right in the back yard as well as the pictures made it look way bigger than it actually is. Overall it was a nice stay and good little area.

perfect getaway

Amazing location. We arrived during the seasons first snow so it really added to the whole experience. The house was perfectly spaced for our group of friends and the littles loved the bunk beds. Would come back!

Family reunion

This is a well kept property in a very convenient location. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking. The hot tub was great. We all enjoyed our stay here. There were a few minor negatives: The gas fire pit was a bit of a disappointment just bc the flames were so low that you couldn’t really see them. I had to call for better pillows because most the ones there were pretty worn and flat. (The rental company supplied us with new ones that day.) Lastly, 2 of the upstairs bedrooms ran a bit warm and only one had a working fan. Overall, it was very clean and a great choice in Suncadia.

Nice house

Our two families with toddlers and preschoolers had a nice stay at this house. It has a solid layout so you can socialize and keep and eye on the kids at the same time. The bedrooms were all great and comfy and liked that two had their own bathroom (and two rooms shared one as well). As a bonus, our baby could sleep in the laundry room in her pack and play. The kitchen had all of the essentials, and we loved grilling too. However, something I probably didn't pay attention to enough in the listing is that this has no yard and has a busy-ish street directly behind the property, as well as a road right in front and houses all smashed up next to each other. Like, the houses were closer together and significantly less private than our home in central Seattle. It didn't feel like a city escape at all because of this and because all of the Suncadia area parks were super busy. (Also note: you don't have access to any pools with this house/reservation system.) This isn't a complaint about the house so much as a realization that Suncadia wasn't a good fit for our vacation.

Great House

Moon Rise trail is a great place to stay. So much room for 6 adults and a couple kids. Lots of fun things to do and places to go. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Clean and Comfy home!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and really enjoyed the layout and how clean and comfy everything was. The aesthetic of suncadia is always so beautiful to us so we stay often. I'm sure our kids would love to stay with the bunk room and jack and jill bath but no access to the pool area means we likely would come with the kids, and would consider coming here again with couples if the hot tub is upgraded. It left much to be desired and we never used it. Also suggest some comfy chairs by the firepit instead of just rocks so far away that you cannot get any heat! But walking to the lodge and spa were easy! Parking was great - tall garages! The rental company was one of the best at communicating and that i've worked with. That is huge!

Perfect Get Away House

We stayed here with two other couples, to celebrate my birthday. There was plenty of space for all of us. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. This was my first time in Suncadia and I fell in love with it. Just wished it would have snowed.
