WELCOME TO MOOSE MOUNTAIN LODGE IN THE HEART OF SUNCADIA
"Moose Mountain Lodge" is centrally located in the heart of the Suncadia Resort, just a short walk from either the Rope Rider or Prospector Golf Course clubhouses, Swiftwater Winery and the Stovehouse Restaurant. The Suncadia Trail system begins right out your front door to ride bikes through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. This luxury home is brand new and features 4 BR, 3.5 BA, Hot Tub, AC, free high-speed Internet and many of the kid essentials to make your stay a home away from home.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center, Tubing Hill or Ice Skating Rink at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. **

On the main level enjoy all of the comforts of home with a gourmet kitchen, pantry, stainless-steel appliances, laundry room and ½ bath. A large dining table that seats 8 with additional seating for 6 at the kitchen island bar. Warm up around the fireplace or watch your favorite blu-ray movie or TV show (Hulu and Netflix provided). Walk out the sliding doors and relax on the covered patio while taking in the golf course views. The open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms is perfect for entertaining family and friends.
The master bedroom is on the main floor with a King bed and connecting master bath with large floor to ceiling tile shower and a double vanity sink. On the upper level there is an additional Master Suite and beautiful en-suite private bath. The upper level has an additional bedroom (King bed), Passage to Bunk with Twin XL bed and bunkroom (4 Twin bunks & Queen bed). Both masters and the bunkroom feature a Smart TV.
The upper hall connecting the bunk room is a fun spot to hang out, kids toys and books. The owner has provided 2 adult bikes, children's bikes, tennis rackets, bocci ball, croquet, safe lawn darts and basketball/football for guest use.
Large drive can fit up to 6 cars. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park in the over-flow parking lot at the Suncadia Inn.

** Note: We aim to provide a fully stocked kitchen with all the spices and dishes you will need to feel at home. As with typical vacation rentals only used dishes will be washed between stays and spices/oils will not be switched out. (As an extra precaution we have allowed for 2 days between stays.)

we had an awesome time at moose lodge! It can be a challenge to find a place that can fit my whole family, but there was plenty of room to spread out and relax. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking many meals, the bedrooms were all a good size, and there was plenty of accommodations for young kids/infants. The host was very accommodating, and very quick to respond to questions. The instructions for the stay/check-in/check-out were very clear. I would highly recommend this home.

All I can say is this house makes you feel at home. It’s clean its cozy and yet room for everyone. My family loved it. They have thought of everything. It was so much fun and no worry at all on what was at the house. The babies did great having two full king en suite. Beautiful location with a path in the back yard that you can take a walk with a family of deer. Great host also. They kept us informed and everything you think you will need is there and more. My adult kids all thought this was the best house yet as we do this once a year. Also the hot tub was well maintained and set five of us comfortably. Highly recommend.

The house was awesome. Very clean, large. had great amentities for my three grandchildren. the back deck was perfect area for us all to hang. The garage and drive way was a great hang out area with the air hockey and ability to let the little ones to ride bikes in drive way. would recommend this spot to everyone. a little pricey compared to a few other houses. Communications with the host was great. the neighbors were friendly and not loud.

This house was perfect for our family getaway! We had 4 families with children and this house fit us comfortably! The kitchen was fully stocked! This property is beautiful and well-featured. The house is built of high-quality materials and is upscale - not your usual "cabin." Plenty of activities for adults and children. Great getaway for a group of friends
This was a great getaway for a group of six friends! We had plenty of space to spread out and the floor plan was really comfortable to spend time together but also have our own space. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect and easy to walk to everything. The view from the back patio is beautiful. Can't wait for another visit!

We stayed here with various age ranges and absolutely loved the house, amenities, location and communication. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend visiting Moose Mountain. The backyard area is perfect rain or shine and we had both! The house is huge and open yet still extremely cozy and there are lots of activities for kiddos both in and outdoors. Thanks again for a lovely stay!
