This newly constructed home in Suncadia Resort is nestled in the woods adjacent the 5th and 6th holes of the award-winning Prospector Golf Course. This beautifully appointed and spacious home boasts over 3,700 square feet of living space, 1,200 square feet of outdoor living space, and a fabulous garage game room. As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large great room with soaring 30’ ceilings, a gas ledgestone fireplace, 65” Smart TV, and a wall of windows facing the golf course. This room features comfortable leather furniture and a large dining table that easily seats 8.

The well stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream with granite counters, high-end stainless appliances, gas cook-top and seating for 4 at the kitchen island. Just outside the kitchen is additional seating for 8 at the outdoor dining table.

The outdoor entertaining options are endless with over 1,200 square feet of patio space, a large 7 person hot tub, and a toasty gas fire pit. Walk out to the golf course and take in the views of one of Suncadia’s largest ponds between the 5th and 6th hole of the Prospector Golf Course.

BEDROOMS:
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a Smart TV, direct access to the hot tub and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* Main floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV. There is a supporting guest bath outside the room with a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor master suite features a queen bed, a twin daybed, a Smart TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor master suite has a king bed, private balcony overlooking the golf course and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom has two sets of twin/twin bunk beds.
* The 4th room is a bonus/bunk room with two sets of twin/full bunk beds. This room has a gas fireplace, a large sectional couch, and a 65” Smart TV with DirecTV Now and Xbox One S.
* The bunk room and bonus room are supported by a guest bath in the hallway with a shower/tub combo and dual sinks.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Suncadia prohibits parking on the street.**

Perfect home for multiple age groups in family

Our 11 person family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous, well maintained, well stocked family style home. The garage was stocked with all the right games and perfectly situated for many to play at once. The home was incredibly comfortable and had very nice beds and furniture to feel like we were in a more upscale home. Kitchen was great. Rental company was super responsive to all things asked by our family.

Perfect place to stay!

This was a very beautiful and spacious home that was perfect for my family and friends. The open kitchen with the huge island was perfect for all the meals we prepared through out the weekend. Everyone was very comfortable as there was plenty of rooms and beds throughout the home. The garage was the hot spot as it had a ton of games for everyone to play. Great for Family and Grandparents

We really enjoyed this property for Christmas! Plenty of space for adults and kids to spread out and relax or game (well stocked with board/card games) or puzzle. The golf course made for some great sledding with all the snow. We brought some tubes for the kids, but we appreciated that the house provided a few hard sleds so even the adults could get in on the fun. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, appliances, bakeware, kid cups and plates too. As always at Suncadia, bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed. I think our only tiny complaint was that there was so much snow and it didn't seem like anyone was taking care of snow removal around the firepit area between guests. So for us to enjoy that it took a bit of time and energy to dig out the chairs and patio space. Oh well, extra s'more for me :) We've bookmarked this property and are already planning when we can come back. Thank you!

My parents, siblings and our families had the best time here. Perfect location for walking to sledding with the kids on the golf course and perfect rooms and kitchen for all our Christmas cooking:). What a lovely place-perfect for our family trip!

Beautifully appointed home. Well stocked kitchen. Great bedrooms and what an awesome game room! We enjoyed the fire pit every night, and the morning air in the Adirondack chairs each day. Saw wild turkey and deer right in the back yard! We came from Maryland, Florida, California, Minnesota, Oregon and Washington. Perfect place to gather! Hiked, tubed, visited Roslyn and Leaventown - wonderful!

The house is beautiful, was perfectly clean, and had great amenities - including bikes, pool and ping pong tables, foosball and air hockey all in the garage. Rooms are large, comfortable, and open concept so all of us (13) could hang out together. And the backyard chairs, dining area, fire pit, and hot tub were all great. We had a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed immediately, and the washing machine, that needed a part ordered, but we were fine and Kevin was very easy to work with and he got things sorted as fast as he could. We will definitely use vrbo again.

Larkspur Woods is exactly as shown on the property description. A beautiful home with a great golf-course view and every amenity imaginable. Though our trip was during an epic heatwave, the shaded patio allowed us to spend time outside. One evening a large herd of elk came to the pond on the course to drink - a magnificent sight!
