The elegant granite and stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked for you to make fantastic in home meals. The dining table seats 8 with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island.

The garage Game Room will delight your whole group! The Owner transformed this room with nothing but entertainment in mind featuring shuffleboard, ping pong, and a large Flat screen TV!

Large sliding glass doors off the great room open to a comfortable and scenic outdoor living space with views of the golf course. The private hot tub is a great place to relax after a long day of golf, or playing with the kids at one of Suncadia's many parks.

BEDROOMS:
Rocking Chair Retreat features a King Master Suite on the main floor, and 3 guest bedrooms up furnished with 2 Kings and 1 Queen Bed. The 2nd floor bonus room features 2 Twin Beds, a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The Bunk Room sleeps 6 comfortably. The Bunk Room is a great space for the kids to hang-out and watch their favorite TV or sporting event. On the 2nd floor there are 2 guest bathrooms with showers.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swimming Pools and Fitness Center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**

Fantastic stay, surprisingly private being on the golf course.
The home is beautiful and well appointed, the hot tub was a bit low and needed some cleaning. The game room in the garage was fun and appreciated. We were unable to get into the resort restaurant, We ended up eating at Logan's in Roslyn and watching an outdoor movie a the park. Excellent dinner and a fun time. Highly recommend. Dan

Amazing stay!
We came with a group 10, 2 adults and 8 kids ranging 10-17 years old. This house is really big that everyone had their own space and we just loved the hot tub, ping pong table, sleds and a big couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked, although we brought a lot of food for 3 dinners and lunches to feed these hungry kids. We took the kids sledding near the ice skating rink and a trip to Snoqualmie Summit for skiing. We also loved the bedding in all rooms, gosh it’s best, so comfortable. Thank you so much for all the communications prior and after our stay! Oh, we also are so appreciative of your kindness to mail our lost ski pass that was buried under the snow at your property, thank you! I would highly recommend this property to anyone! Thank you!

Relaxing getaway
This property was very nice and relaxing. The area was beautiful and super quiet. One person commented on how dark it was at night. The outdoor fireplace was awesome as our grandson had his first S’mores. The kitchen was was stocked with everything needed for meals, and plenty of prep area. The bedrooms and baths were plenty adequate for our group. This is a great place for your family get togethers.

This was the PERFECT place for a multi-generational family to spend time together. Not only did it have all the right entertainment options for adults and children but it also had more than enough tools, plates, glasses and fridge space to prepare meals for a big family. The home is beautiful, calming and provided my family an escape from the current state of this world of 2020. My kids didn't want to leave and wished our little getaway lasted longer. On our last day, we saw deer right outside and that was a treat. Will definitely plan on another stay. Thank you for opening up your space to us.

Perfect getaway
We rented this property to spend time together as a family of 3 generations. It was perfect for our needs and we will definitely come back in the future. We loved that we could be secluded in the house, but also that the the trails, resort restaurants/wineries were a walk or drive away. We enjoyed that it had ample space, children’s amenities (pack n plays, stroller, bikes, dishes), and plenty for the adults to do as well (board games, pool, ping pong, corn hole, firepit). The property manager was also very responsive. Note: highly recommend bringing bug repellant and aloe! We enjoyed the outdoor space but had to purchase a candle to keep the insects away.

We very much enjoyed the open and inviting nature of the property. Extremely clean and tidy, with everything you may need for a long weekend. We loved the outdoor fire pit and patio!
