The entrance is not marked well and difficult to find. Almost all staff were great but they moved our room and apparently didn't update in computer system and we got awakened to pounding on the door thinking we were free loading. It was quickly resolved but that was not fun.

The staff at check in were pleasant and prompt and the hotel was conveniently located. Breakfast was maintained and appealing. The carpet in my room had a stale odor, it appeared clean though.

The staff was super friendly and helpful but our room was somewhat disgusting. The tv remote didn’t operate properly. The power button and the volume button didn’t work. Informed the front desk and they just changed out the batteries. Still didn’t work. The sheer curtain was torn. The vents in the AC unit and bathroom were filthy. The furniture in there was dirty and had huge spots which looked like oil. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Awesome Stay
Easy check in at 11:20 am just minutes after previous guests therefore was delighted I was able to check in and take a comfortable nap after having 3 early appointments.
