It would help if the post code for the car Park was clearly shown. I spent ages going around in circles before a helpful member of staff put me right. The room was not too bad but I certainly had no intention of walking barefoot on the carpet, it was well beyond a need to be cleaned or replaced. For the size of the place the parking was insufficient and when I came to leave I found two idiots had blocked me in. I was unable to locate them via reception. another guest helped me.

Cant really give a review as i only stayed the night but would definitely stay again for short stay.
Hotel clean, staff good and friendly, but rooms need updating. The breakfast was poor, and buffet of hot food was virtually empty, had to ask staff to refill. The sausages were raw and returned to the staff
Excellent location in the Centre of Grimsby for a one night stay. Free on site parking and straightforward check in. Excellent service and good breakfast. The rooms are a good size and well stocked. Clean but some fittings need renewing. Car park could do with an upgrade and the hotel in general is in need of redecorating.
We stayed here for my son’s birthday weekend in the area. We did not like the hotel or the location. There were drug addicts and dealers and beggars outside the hotel, which is quite intimidating especially with young children. The room was stuffy and even with the window wide open all night (suffering the noise from the people outside through the night) and the small fan, we did not sleep; there was just no air! At 4am after no sleep, I decided we would not stay on for our second night and booked a different hotel. At breakfast they didn’t even have margarine, we don’t eat dairy, and there was virtually nothing for us to eat, despite contacting the hotel in advance to request vegan options. We were so much happier in the premier inn!
