Older building, but seems some things were updated recently. The bed was not comfortable, felt like an old, flat, lumpy mattress. The shower knob was odd and difficult to set. The room was very clean and comfortable otherwise.

The pillows were lumpy, I could feel springs in the bed, the bathroom wall had mold on it, and there was a bug in the bathtub.

The individual who initially checked me in was unprofessional and somewhat clueless. When i approached him at the counter, with bags in hand mind you, at 4am in the morning his response was "Wassup? What do you need?" He then proceeded to take almost 20 minutes to check me in. All the other staff i interacted with where helpful and knowledgeable although not always courteous.

The motel was never full however when I arrived at 11 am the desk clerk refused to check me in. Even when I returned at 3 pm I had to tell the desk clerk that I would not be available at the 4 pm check-in time to check me. There were people waiting in the lobby to check in. The male desk staff was neither friendly or welcoming. The female desk staff seemed friendlier - they smiled and said hello when I greeted them - but nobody volunteered a greeting. I never met the room staff - they do not clean rooms unless requested. I was at the hotel 3 days and had to have my room key remade each day. Even when my key worked when I left the room, it would not work on my return. My room had a large walk in shower with no hold bars or shelf - fortunately the floor was non- slip. The single shower tap turned on hot rather than cold (opposite of the markings on the tap) which could be dangerous if the water instantly came out hot, which it did not. Location is excellent with a variety of restaurants and two drug stores nearby. I have stayed at other Comfort Inns which were excellent. This hotel does not live up to the brand.

Property a bit run down but all ok and will continue ur to stay when I am in the area. First room did not have remote control so one was brought to us but it didn’t work. Second remote control did not work either so we had to get a new room. Bed comfy.

Stray cat walking around lobby and halls. First room we had, blood on the sheets and a bloody tissue in the couch. Second room - garbage on the floor and take-out food left in the fridge. Did not stay. Would not recommend to anyone. Would NEVER go back!!!!!!!!!
