Over charged deposit
The hotel was it self was great. I paid in full through Hotel.com. I paid for two rooms. When we arrived, I was told there was a 75.00 per room deposit but would be reversed the next day. When I reviewed my credit card that evening, they charged my card $75.00 twice for each room. So $300 for two rooms. On Tuesday, they dropped one $75 for each room, but left a $75 for each room to my card, which now has been charged. I have now been charged a total of $150. I called the hotel and was told that is the way they do it. The rooms were left in great condition. I will never stay there again. How do I get my $150 back?????
