Never Again!!
Door to bathroom was a piece of crap. Door to room had large gap under it. Big enough for little mice to get in. Shower curtain would not stay closed as the bar was loose and partly pulled from the wall and not fixed. Worse was: NO bed pads on the mattresses— yuk! We stayed 5 nights and they put us in a room in the far back building and the longest distance there was from breakfast and ice machines and so on.

Housekeeping
Housekeeping skipped the room. Ran out of bath towels, shampoo, hand towels, and garbage can overfilled. The front desk told us that housekeeping was focused on vacant rooms to be ready for new arriving guests. Poor! Good breakfast, friendly.

Worked for a night. Pretty beat up place. Room was damp and smelled. Blinds were taped up and front door and bathroom door were all busted up.

Our stay was very disappointing. The staff member who greeted us when we arrived around midnight was not very helpful. He told us our room was in the "back building". Turned out that it was very difficult to find since the room numbers weren't visible from our car so we had to get out of our car, check the room number, get back in our car and keep driving. Took us about 20 minutes to find our room. Our room was very bare bones. Hardwood floor was stained, curtains didn't completely cover the window, a centipede scurried across the bathroom floor. Bed was comfortable! Breakfast was also disappointing. There was no yogurt, no muffin or pastry, no decaf coffee, and we were told we'd have to pay for water if we wanted to fill our water bottles.

Bit of an odd mix, overall average. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. No toilet paper or facial tissues anywhere in the room - front desk apologized and provided these immediately upon notice. Interior side of entry door very dirty. Rest of the room clean.

Doable for a cheap one night stay, but no more.
We stayed in room 115. The room was big and spacious, but creepily empty at the same time. Renovations look like they had been done to the room, but not very well and for cheap- a lot of holes, paint overs, and bad spackle jobs everywhere. Room gave us an uncomfortable feeling, and the bed felt flimsy and made tons of noise. It was only a one night stay for us so we could get to the airport quicker in the early morning, but we definitely wouldn't have stayed longer than that.

The property was quite nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cleveland has a rapid transit system which makes it easy to stay outside of the downtown area, but still visit the hot spots in the city.

It was a long day of traveling! Cold & Raining. While relaxing my husband cut his finger on the sharp edges of the head board, hairs on the bathroom floor, the curtains were in disarray, but when we found ANTS on the floor near refrigerator- we moved to the 2nd floor. I found myself wondering if I got a filthy room, because I got a discount on the rate? The breakfast was so-so. It was not a great way to start our stay!

Ok enough stay for a good price
Really more of a motel than a hotel. Felt like it was in a safe area near some budget motels, lots of food options nearby. Room needs major upgrade, missing pictures on wall and hangers still up, painted patches all over walls. One of the chairs was really dirty with dust or dried paint spatter. Beds were firm but not too uncomfortable. The tv had lots of channels.

the room is very dirty all the iron shelves are rusty, the floor is dirty, the bathtub is dirty and dusty. They cleaned the room when we were not there and threw out all our things even though we paid for 2 nights. The room smells very bad. There wasn't even bread for breakfast. How can this hotel's rating be so high? The price for this room is less than $50.
