Really clean and awesome shower/bath, the water was always hot!
The beed is really hard and I don't mean a little firm, I mean rock hard. I had to sleep on top of there comforter and use another blanket just to make the bed bearable. That's why I can't give 5 stars.
Nice staff and great area!
Close to Kanagawa shopping area and Ginza subway line. However the mattress was cheap, firm, and uncomfortable, so I wouldn't stay more than a few nights in a row
We stayed for 3 night before finishing our 2 weeks in Japan and we were close to many restaurants and the subway for easy access to the rest of Tokyo. About a 20 min walk to Ueno park through quiet streets and close to everything Asakusa has to offer.
Absolutely fabulous hotel and staff a real credit too Japan was helpful at all times and everything was perfect will happily go back when I visit again
It was absolutely beautiful. The staff was super kind and helpful with any questions I may have had, and was more than happy tp asstist in anyway they could.
Such a short and convenient walk over to the nakamase shopping street as well.
The beds are stiff but still plenty comfortable and had no issues sleeping through the nights.
I will absolutely stay here again.
The Hotel Ann staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and so helpful. The free amenities laid out was a pleasant surprise. The washcloth was nice, and I’m going to bring it home to use too! Having a 24/7 laundry machines is great (though the solo/extra dry cycle is usually necessary).
I have 2 quips about the beds, first: the bed was hard as a rock so it was a tad uncomfortable but I managed just fine, second: the bed frame had wheel on them so as a restless sleeper I was constantly moving around the entire bed in the room and couldn’t even lay my back the the wall without pushing the whole bed out of its place which drove me nuts. Otherwise, everything else was just fine!
We are very thankful with all the hotel crew and the place. It's very central, many restaurants and shopping options, close to subway stations and also walkable distance to some city landmarks. We highly recommend it.
loved this spot! perfect for families and great walkable distance to the streets of asakusa and great break at the end of the night to be able to come back to a quieter part of tokyo. near some great food spots as well!!
This Hotel is great if you don't have much stuff, since rooms are very small. I only stayed one night, then had to move to a different hotel which had bigger rooms.
Beautiful hotel in convenient walking distance to the Asakusa Rox shopping area and large Senso-ji temple. The staff was efficient, kind and helpful throughout my extended visit and provided recommendations. I would love to return!
My only difficulty was how hard the beds were. I was able to get 4 inch foam bed topper cushions from the front desk. Otherwise, the bed felt like a piece of wood - not a western mattress. Be warned and ask in advance if that is what you require!
Customer service is great they are very friendly, hotel are very clean and super close to senso-ji temple and close to everything food shopping and 5-7 min walk to don quijote. :) the only down is can't open the window.
Hotel Ann Asakusa was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The hotel is clean, quiet, and contains many amenities, including an amenity bar and drinks on the first floor and a washing machine / dryer combo for cleaning your laundry without needing to leave the hotel. I also would like to point out the staff was incredibly friendly the entire stay. One staff member even pointed out my kpop keychain and we had a lovely conversation, in addition to her being very friendly and accommodating with keeping our luggage at the hotel while we waited for our next accommodations to open. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Ann Asakusa to anyone staying in Asakusa, and I would definitely return upon my next visit to Japan.
This hotel is a charm. Everything from staff, beautiful building, coffee and tea delicious. But I can't give five starts because the beds were like sleeping on rocks. It was difficult sleeping on such ahard bed and pillow after walking all day doing activities.
This hotel was wonderful! The rooms were quiet and very clean. The hotel is in walking distance to all the wonderful things in Asakusa. Staff are amazing as well. They helped us numerous times during our stay. (Note: these rooms are not western style).

Beds were so hard! Very thin mattress cover over a box spring😩 The beds were also on wheels and moved around a lot when trying to lean against the wall and read etc…
