The hotel was nice and was convenient to getting to Cleveland Browns stadium. Area wasn’t good and the power was out at a crucial time but wasn’t the hotel’s fault. I was told a car hit a pole and knocked the power out. My daughter couldn’t do her hair because of this and she had an interview with the Browns.

Disappointing and expensive
The stay was disappointing. The room had no soap of any kind. When asked, folks at the front desk said that the truck making deliveries was delayed. We saw the truck pull up in the morning, yet no soap! The hotel should’ve purchased soap and given it to the guests instead of making an excuse. The room was also not cleaned when we returned in the evening. In the breakfast, no bread either of the mornings we stayed! Didn’t know that there was a shortage of bread too! Looks like guests are there to just grab money from. Moreover, the floor in the room was dirty and it would stick to the soles of bare feet. The air conditioner filters were absolutely dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

I am used to "no frills or bells and whistles" and prefer them in many cases on road trips as you only sleep in the space anyway. I was really disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The floor made my feet black within minutes of being in the room. Walls were dirty and clearly had not been wiped down. Mattress had no firmness. If we were staying three nights versus two we would have had to switch hotels as our backs could not take one more night. Staff was pleasant and the breakfast was what one would expect. Great coffee!

worst place ever
we checked in and went to our room. room was dirty with trash all over, blind was broke. went to front desk and said there was nothing they could do. refused to fix or clean room. wife and I left and went to a marriott. would never come here again.

Terrible front desk experience
I booked through Hotels.com back in May 14th and paid for my stay then. I checked in after 6pm on August 9th and was charged for my stay at the desk. I thought it was for an ‘incidentals’ charge. I asked why I was being charged for the night because I had prepaid through hotels.com. The receptionist told me she didn’t charge me for the room and that I had to now pay $50 for incidentals, which I did. (swiping my credit card a second time at the desk) She showed me her screen that only had the $50 charge displayed. I checked my credit card online and there was a pending charge for the night as well as the incidentals charge. She told me they would sort it out and let me know. She did not sort it out and she did not let me know anything after that.
