Check-in was ok. Looked like the room had been broken into in the past, big gap between door and frame. One of the locks was busted. We think there might have been bedbugs. We both ended up with little big bites all over that weren't there before our stay. You could tell Red Lion bought an existing property and just smacked their logo on it. Chair was definitely old and stained. Wallpaper was old and unappealing. Bed was hard and pillows were barely over couch pillow size.
After paying online I was charged an additional $25. It the end of July and the pool was closed. I was not given a receipt for the $25. The carpet was dirty. Asked for a downstairs room and was told no rooms were available, there was 1 car in the parking lot. The breakfast consisted of a half a dozen mini muffins a few slices of bread and the choice of 2 dry cereal. Nothing that a diabetic could eat. When I voiced my concerns, I was told to leave.
Looking to take a break from driving I checked into this hotel online. The pictures looked ok. Maybe a little dated, but clean looking. I get there and this place looks like it could be the bates motel. Crack heads doing the fenty lean littered the parking lot shadows like zombies in a horror motor. No where did it mention this is a Motel and not a hotel. I get checked in at the front desk where decades of stale second hand smoke assaulted my senses. The key cards I got were sticky and didn’t initially work causing me to go for round two of the lobby smell. I passed up on the breakfast based on what I saw. Finally getting new cards I get into my room and it’s just nasty. First of all I had to make sure to use the cheat code to open the door to get in and out. Got forbid I need to get out in an emergency. The ac is window mounted and makes it difficult to prop the blinds in a way to allow any privacy . The room greets me with a musty smell. I get in notice why there are so many things that are dirty in the rooms. The sheets are an off white and stained. The towels, stained. No bath mat was in sight and the shower leaks like a government intern. Better plan on using a couple of the dirtier towels as a floor mat. The shower has soap scum all over in the grout and there was remnants of a leftover soap bar in the soap dish. How nice of them. Don’t think about doing your laundry in the guest laundry either; the machines have long since been removed. Overall, it was gross!
The door lock occasionally worked. The pop machine only takes cash and the office doesn't give change. All of the exterior appears in need of maintenance. The curtains won't close completely and have to be clipped with a hanger to keep them shut. Hot water takes longer than what should be expected. Breakfast/snack options were extremely limited.

The property is very run down but the bed was comfortable.
The door to our room was wide open upon arrival. There was a big spider inside. The sheets had stains. The shower had mold. Will never stay here again.
After reserving,upon arrival, i find it is rated 2 stars. I cant believe i paid so much money to stay there. Never again.

We were on a family trip and this was our last night stop before home the following day. Ac didn’t work all night, our bathroom shower had rust, the couch looked gross and the entire room smelled like strong eucalyptus
Parking recently repaved so no parking available. Property did not notify in any way. Room had torn curtains and dirt and grime on one of the beds. Multiple spiders in bathroom and sink.
Using a leaf blower until 8pm, I called the front desk to ask about when they would be done and he had no idea. We are in our second room, due to the first one having dog hair all over it, and this one is also dirty. I will be demanding my money back.
Very nice people working - front desk to cleaning staff. The property is dilapidated, one wing is an abandon restaurant with broken front window. I paid $220 for a sketch experience. Walkable to downtown, though
