Homeless camping at the gate and gate was cut open on both opposite ends. Theres no camera on the permises and you are parking at your own risk. Our truck window and camp window was busted. $1000/ repair bill. Our trailer lovks were also saw right off another $500 repair. Will never be going back, very unsafe and as a victim there's no support. The police effort in the area is horrible. no one showed up. received a call from the police to file report 2 days later, useless

This was our second time around. We checked out three days and then back to Sonesta. It was another excellent stay for us. They even let us stay in the same suite that we stayed earlier, which was the two bedroom two bath suite. Dean at the front desk was so welcoming. All the hotel employees were very nice and friendly. We really enjoyed our breakfast in the morning…. Food was well made and excellent choices. Carrie and Cal in the kitchen made it happen.

I had a good stay at Sonesta ES Suites Fresno. The hotel offers a comfortable and convenient option for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchenette that must be great for preparing meals during longer stays. While the furnishings are not the most modern, everything was clean and functional, clean which made my stay pleasant. The double rooms have a gas fireplace, which is wonderful after a long winter day at the national parks. The staff was polite and helpful, addressing any questions or requests promptly. Their attentiveness and friendliness added a nice touch to the overall experience. The amenities were satisfactory. The complimentary breakfast was decent, with enough variety to get the day started, though it could benefit from a few more fresh options. The outdoor pool and fitness center were clean and provided a nice way to unwind. The location is convenient, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and major highways, making it easy to get around Fresno and the surrounding areas. Overall, Sonesta ES Suites Fresno provided a solid and reliable experience. I would consider staying here again and would recommend it for travelers seeking good value and convenience.

Will not come back but nice place.
I would say the only thing that this hotel lacked was king beds. My wife and I are used to sleeping on a king bed back at home with your son and we had trouble sleeping. Also the A/C fan turns off and on, there’s no way of keeping it on all night and we love the white noise so it also made it hard for us to sleep. Other than that I like the layout of the room and the amenities the hotel offered even though I didn’t take advantage of them I saw how nice it looked. The service was ok, I paid 50$ for a early check in which is okay because I checked in at 10am, but when I asked for a late check out the guy wanted to charge me 25$ for 30 min. That was insane so it made it hard for us to get out with a newborn in a rush. Will I come back? Probably not but still decent for a 4 star

First of all, really real staff, places located inside and compact building which shares multiple buildings inside and have to ring the bill to get in no direction on getting there no signs. Didn’t have my booking which I booked for four people and didn’t even finish our massage kit. It was so bad.. Very disappointed at Expedia for recommending this place. I will never ever take expeditious recommendation..

I enjoyed this stay. gentleman at the front counter was amazing. Go Raiders (From a Bengals Fan) I was not so thrilled about the homeless encampment to the rear of the facility ( not on the property) Especially with them and the bon fire.. either way, the stay was amazing! Nothing the hotel can do about the homeless.
